What is the processing time and what are the shipping rates?

Our candles are made in small weekly batches, for this reason it can take up to a week to process and pack an order before it is shipped.

If you would like to receive your order urgently, please contact us at hello@beelighthearted.com and we will be happy to help expedite the process.

If the purchase is made through our website, shipping charges will be calculated at the time the order is completed.

 


Our shipping rates are the following:

 

Germany:

up to 2 Kg - 4,99€

between 2 - 10 Kg - 6,99€

between 10-31 Kg - 16,99€  

 

Europe:

up to 2 Kg - 11,99€

between 2 - 10 Kg - 15,99€

between 10 - 20 Kg - 20,99€

between 20 - 31 Kg - 31,99€

 

International:

up to 2 Kg - 17,99€

between 2 - 5 Kg - 47,99€

between 5 - 10 Kg - 77,99€

 

Estimated delivery times:

Germany: 2-5 days
Europe: 2-7 days
International: 5-30 days


All times given for delivery of products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

 

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery. For more information please refer to our Terms.
 

 

What happens if my order is delayed?

 

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date of delivery.

RETURN POLICY

Our return policy is valid for 14 days. Unfortunately, if your purchase was made more than 14 days ago, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.

The following items cannot be returned:
* Gift certificates

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Only partial refunds will be issued in certain situations:
* Items that are no longer in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Items returned after 14 days from the date of delivery.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item you returned. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed. After a few days, your credit card or original payment method will then be automatically credited. 

Late or missing refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, first double-check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be credited.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted to your account.
If you have done all of this and still have not received a refund, please contact us at hello@beelighthearted.com.

Offer items 
Refunds can only be issued for regular priced items, unfortunately sale items are excluded from refunds.

Exchange 
Exchanges will only be granted for mixed up, defective or damaged items. If you would like to exchange an item for the same item, please email us at hello@beelighthearted.com and send the item to: Hofstattweg 26, Steinheim an der Murr, BW, 71711, Germany.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of the purchase when you return the item. Once we receive the returned item, you will receive a gift certificate via email.

If the item was not marked as a gift or sent to the gift-giving person at the time of purchase, a refund will be issued to the gift-giving person and the gift-giving person will be notified of the return.

Shipping
To return your product, you should send your product to: Hofstattweg 26, Steinheim an der Murr, BW, 71711, Germany.

You will have to pay the shipping costs for returning your item yourself. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs for the return will be deducted from your refund. 

The time it takes for the exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on the country you reside in.

If you are shipping an item valued over $75, consider using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you are returning.
